Living Like a King in Goa | Park Hyatt Goa Review

Goa has a great range of luxury hotels. And choosing the best out of them is a muddling task for everyone. It was baffling for me to choose the one with a good deal and best services. After a lot of research, I booked Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa.
And my experience of this lovely place was superlative. There are a number of reasons why I liked it and why you will love it. So here I’m listing all of them so that you can fairly decide before booking a five-star hotel.

Location

The resort is set along Arossim beach and located 15 minutes from Goa International Airport. So, travelling time is less. You can easily get the taxi from Goa Airport to the resort. And you can also book your cab with the hotel in advance.

Check-in

Check in is way too smooth. Welcomed with a drink and the staff was too friendly.
It didn’t take more than five minutes! The bellman took us to our room after giving us a golf cart tour.

Rooms

The room was ravishing, arresting and spacious. I loved the decor of the room. It was quite modern. And the washroom and dressing area was splendid. You can choose from soothing pool view to the scenic view of the Arabian Sea. Ours was a Lagoon View King size room. It had a private balcony with a sit-out area. The view from the room was captivating. Room service was available around the clock. Other amenities include high speed internet access, Voicemail, Writing desk, thermostat, etc. To check out about the other services or if you are looking for a different room click here.

Pool

They have a very large and beautiful pool. You can spend hours relaxing there. I think it is the most prepossessing feature of the Park Hyatt. It is circumambient by oscillating palm trees and flourishing tropical gardens. This captivating pool is elegantly landscaped over multiple levels and offers an eye-catching view of the Arabian Sea. You can catch some rays while relaxing on cosy lounge chairs on the sundeck. The children’s pool is one foot in depth.
The poolside bar provides a variety of refreshing beverages and a range of light snacks.
Pool hours: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm daily.

Restaurants and Beach Shacks

When it comes to food, this resort has a wide variety of restaurants. The food is delicious and you have a number of options to choose. Goan cuisine to Italian and Indian, you can try all here.
It’s Village Cafe is one of the good restaurants in Goa for international fare. It provides the perfect ambience for a quick breakfast, a luscious lunch, or a late-night. Breakfast is the most popular meal here with a variety continental offerings and an Indian breakfast selection too.

There are other options too, i.e., Casa Sarita, Masala (offers an array of North Indian Cuisine), Da Luigi (Italian cuisine), Palms (beachside seafood grill).

Though I didn’t give a try to these and preferred beach shacks. There were around four beach shacks near the resort. We had lunch at the Venus Beach Shack. The ambience was absolutely stunning. We had fish and noodles with refreshing drinks. The food was scrumptious.

For dinner, we went Zeebop by Sea. It is at a walking distance of 6-8 minutes from the resort. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. We had butter chicken with rice (North Indian). The food was good and but the service was way too slow. Also, the staff was not that amiable.

Beach

Beach is a place where you can relax, unbend and enjoy. It has its own private beach, which is extremely polished. It’s one of my favourite beaches in Goa. I recommend this beach for those who are looking for a pleasant, quiet and relaxing environment. It’s marvellous setting on the beach makes it an exemplary location to enjoy the sun, sand and sea. Water sports are available during non-monsoon months.

Other Activities

Horticulture tour

It is spread over 45 acres of beautiful beachfront gardens and luxuriant palm-bordered lawns. You can take up a fascinating horticulture tour with the resort’s resident landscape expert. You can have a look at their diverse vegetation, including crops like okra and cashew, and tropical fruits like mangoes, papayas, coconuts and bananas. The tour includes a look at the organic spice farm too.
It is complimentary for in-house guests and takes place every Wednesday from 4:45 pm onwards.

Camp Hyatt

It is an exclusive facility for kids. It includes some amazing indoor and outdoor activities to ensure an unforgettable stay for the younger ones. This kids club is for children aged 4-12 years. Some of the fun activities include arts and crafts, watching movies, singing, dancing, playing on the beach, etc.

Sereno Spa

It offers a soothing and serene retreat, encouraging the pursuit of wellness and relaxation.
The spa has 5-star amenities which include an indoor lap pool, outdoor pools, whirlpools, and wet areas with sauna, steam and plunge pools. It is a unique health and wellness oasis that offers holistic treatments through a blend of unique therapies. If you visit this resort, do give it a try.

Fitness and Outdoor & Indoor activities

If you are a gym freak and concerned with your fitness, then this amazing resort has a fully equipped gym and fitness centre, which is available 24 hours with complimentary use for in-house guests.

So, if you are looking for a luxurious experience for your forthcoming visit to Goa, I would highly recommend this sumptuous and spectacular resort.

I do love the manner in which you have framed this difficulty and it does supply us a lot of fodder for thought. However, through everything that I have personally seen, I simply just trust when the actual reviews stack on that people stay on issue and not embark upon a soap box regarding some other news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this outstanding point and whilst I do not really concur with it in totality, I value your viewpoint.
