The Happiness Checklist | Are You Really Happy?

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
We say that we want this and that. We think about our dreams. We get happy. But are we actually doing something about it?

Most of us are living in the happiness which is temporary. We think we know what we want to do, where we want to be in the next 2,3,4,5 years. But what are we doing to make it happen?

Let me ask you one simple question,
How did you spend your day? How was it?
Look back on all the things you did today. Did you act like the person you wish to become?

If you spend all your 365 days like this, will you be able to achieve that 2,3,4,5 year plan? With each passing day, you are losing fucking big opportunity! You are losing something which is even more precious than money! Guess what it is?

Your time!

And no fucking person can buy you the time wasted! With each passing second, you are losing a part of your life!
You are losing a big thing and the worst part is you are not even aware of it.

Ask yourself once,
What does your ideal day look like?
And,
How often do you live your ideal day?

It’s completely possible to replace bad habits with good habits. And it’s completely possible to become the person you want to be.
